Responsibilities
  • Acquiring new clients and meeting sales goals in the particular market
  • Create opportunities, leads, and outbound sales activity
  • Oversee the complete sales process, starting from the lead stage and continuing through prospect qualification, opportunity, proposal, RFI/RFP, presentations, and deal closure. Additionally, cultivate the connection for potential future business
  • Create a deep, reliable, and qualified sales pipeline by working with the marketing, delivery, and pre-sales teams to create solutions, draft proposals, make presentations, and give value at every level of the sales cycle
  • Receivables collection and upholding budgetary restraint with every target account
Desired Skills
  • Proper understanding of IT services in relation to outsourced development
  • Knowledgeable with the newest trends and business models in the IT services and products industry and able to develop business prospects in that area.
  • Extensive familiarity with and expertise in the software services markets of Asia and the Middle East, Europe, the US, and Africa
  • Experience making cold calls in the US, Africa, Europe, and Asia-Pacific
  • Practical expertise in establishing connections with customers
  • Familiar with the most recent, cutting-edge sales procedures, including lead monitoring, relationship-building, and sales closure using CRM tools
  • Innovative and imaginative thinking in the context of sales and marketing
